The physicians and staff at our Physical Therapy Centers realize that your time is valuable, and we will make every effort to respect your schedule while providing the highest quality care. For better service, please make an appointment during our office hours:
Green Valley Campus - Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM and on Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For appointments call our main number at 336-275-7405.
Church Street Campus - Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. For appointments call our main number at 336-375-2301.
Proehlific Park Campus - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday and Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Other times are available by appointment. This facility is open to the public; you do not have to be a Proehlific Park member to be seen at this campus. Please call 336-664-1348 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
 Attendance
Patient attendance at all scheduled therapy sessions is essential to successful recovery. We ask that patients arrive at or before their scheduled time. If it is your first visit, check in at the front desk upon arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled visits so that we may use that time for other patients who are waiting to be seen. In cases of weather or illness we do not enforce this policy.
